Making your grounds an inviting and inspiring place to learn, play and socialise enhances the educational experience for students, and instils a sense of pride in the school – for teachers, students and parents alike.

This philosophy was front of mind when the staff from Waitakere College approached Urban Effects to help them to make some improvements to their school grounds.

Timber Planters from the Urban Effects range were chosen for their simple, durable and function design and ease of installation. Designed and made in New Zealand by Urban Effects, the planters are available in a selection of sustainably grown timbers, and their neat and sturdy timber frame doubles as convenient seating.
