South Hornby School
Christchurch’s South Hornby School has a fresh new look and location after moving due to earthquake damage.
This new $10 million facility was designed to reflect their values – to be diverse, friendly and keep every student at the forefront of what they do.
The Urban Effects team kept these values top of mind when designing and supplying the bench seating, bike and scooter racks, and learning bins. Our extensive experience in meeting the needs of a learning environment ensured we were able to provide a fully customised design and installation service – no detail left unturned.
Our cost effective and practical solutions included spacious and durable Liffiton wide benches, plenty of bike and scooter racks for the school’s small commuters, and Colonial tilt bins. All products were selected for their ease of use and robustness – they will stand up to heavy use day-after-day, are easy to maintain and look great.
