Red Beach Residential Development
Transforming Red Beach’s Peninsula Golf Course into a residential development involved converting a 44-hectare, 18-hole Golf facility into mixed-density housing, wetland reserves and recreational areas.
Designed to include plenty of green space, the coastal development also boasts a playground and park area: essential for this new, family-focussed community.
Working with Urban Effects, the developers chose benches and tables in stylish hardwood, backed by heavy-duty frames and bolts. Designed for wheelchair access and easy entry, they make relaxed park time accessible to everyone.
Bright purple, key-shaped Chiave bike racks – from our European partner Metalco – combine edgy playfulness with the durability of stainless steel.
And the crucial drawcard for kids? Urban Effects’ partnership with Playground Centre makes it easy to create the perfect park, providing a vibrant yellow tunnel sliding for hours of downhill fun.
