PAK’nSave Christchurch

Comfort and convenience for the customers of PAK’nSave was central to the design of the outdoor spaces of the major retailer’s newest establishment in Christchurch. The landscape design by Rough Milne Mitchell Landscape Architects embraces an all-inclusive approach that corresponds with both the built and natural environment.

The selection of items from Urban Effects’ Liffiton range providing a curated solution, with the customisable Platform and Tapered Benches complete with LED lighting providing both functionality and aesthetics.

The robust and elegant seating, includes two large custom Liffiton Styled Platform Benches and two custom Liffiton Styled Tapered Benches with one of the benches measuring up to 4m length and another bench with up to 9m length.

Featuring ‘bowtie’ configurations and ‘tapered’ shapes alongside square platforms with curved, soft corners, the benches are crafted from high-quality Purple Heart Hardwood timber and powder-coated steel frames and corners.

The benches, extending up to nine metres in length, are the longest and largest manufactured and supplied by Urban Effects. Additionally, the benches have been fitted with LED lights for safety and ambiance. Skate deterrents have also been fitted to the seats.
